Yup as long as you hold on to it as you are using it it's as safe as any other dildo for anal.

having a flared base has 2 main reasons; stop it from vanishing up the bum and to have it fit a harness.

If your anal dildo doesn't have a flared base, you can still use it, just keep an eye out on how far you have it up there

So would I! Why? because you get two dildos that both have two different ends, so basically you get 4 different dildos for an amazing price - and if i remember correctly, they are even in some kind of deal!
