I thought it might be nice to have a button where people can add to a user's loyalty points https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/your-account/loyalty-history.html So they are gifting people credit. I know the staff have manually added points to my account in the past when I was a runner up to "Review of the Month" so it can be done, I just don't know how time consuming it would be.
