My gorgeous oh wants to film us. He wants to do a full video of foreplay, sex and a happy ending. I am really excited about doing this (going to absolutely beast myself in the gym for a couple of weeks first!).

I'd only offer a few words of caution. I did some clips with an ex who decided to show them off when we broke up. I obviously would hope your OH would never do anything like that but it has definitely made me very wary x
**Long post warning**
I've been fortunate enough to have had several exes, and my current OH, who have been into filming ourselves. In fact, my OH and I have built up quite a collection. So here is my advice - bear in mind that I've been doing this for a while though, so there is a lot to take in!
There are there are many different angles (no pun intended) which you can approach this from. I'm assuming from your original post that you've not done this before.
Firstly, and most importantly, consider the potential consequences. The main two points to consider are:
1 - What if you split up? What would happen to the tape? Can you trust each other to not share the tape anywhere? My ex-fiancée had that very concern after we split. If I had decided to 'leak' the tapes, if would have completely destroyed her career. I had to spend some time reassuring her that, no matter how vehemently I hated her for her betrayal, I would never be so callous. I appreciate that the law now offers some small justice should that happen, but that will be no consolation if it were to.
2 - What if someone finds the tape? I once came home one evening after to work many years ago to find my housemate, his OH and a couple of my closest friends all sat watching the telly intently. Grinning. I could hear lots of moaning and groaning from the TV. It wasn't until I looked at it that I realised what they were watching...
Of course the easiest way to safeguard against both of the above is film, watch, delete. That is to say film it, watch it there and then, and finally delete it immediately and together.
With the words of caution out of the way, let's get to the fun stuff!
Have a think about what you both want from this. If you just want to have a bit of a giggle, my advice would be to use a mobile with a good camera, get on with it, then watch and delete.
If you want something a little more permanent, then you'll need to consider equipment, angles, positions, lighting, toys, lube, theme, clothing, location , time and porn. Oh, and masks. I'll cover these individually.
Equipment: Mobile phones do not make good video cameras for more permanent videos of this sort of thing. For one, the lenses just aren't fast enough to respond to changing light levels. Secondly, if you go from portrait to landscape the video will look odd when you edit it and it's difficult to fix for a novice. Invest in a HD camcorder (say for around £250-£300) and you'll get great results. Buy a tripod - it'll make it easier for you to both concentrate on each other rather than worrying about holding the camera. If you plan on editing the video (to cut out bloopers and unflattering shots - and there will be some!) then you'll need some video editing software. I can't advise on entry level software unfortunately as we currently use Adobe Premiere, which is expensive and takes some learning.
Angles: Have a think about the angles you want to see yourself from. Warning - the 'from behind and just below the guys balls' shot is always unflattering for all! Point of view (POV) always looks good when played back. You get to experience it from his view, and if you have the camera while he goes down on you, he gets to see it as you do. From the side (at either a 45 degree angle from the left or right, but never directly straight on) looks good for either cowgirl or missionary. In front of your face if you do doggiestyle, with you looking into the camera. Watch some porn and pick the angles that you like the best.
Positions: For heavens sake keep it simple! Cowgirl, missionary, doggiestyle, standing, and spoons are the easiest positions to film yourselves in. Anything else is complicated and will either end up looking terrible or being missed out of shot entirely.
Lighting: Two schools of thought on this. Either low mood lighting (but not so low you can't see the action!). It hides blemishes and make it feel more intimate and romantic. Think two bedside lights with no more than 30w (or equivalent) soft light bulbs. Or lots of light, think every light you can find switched on but out of shot. That will allow you to see everything and, with the right lights and a good camcorder, can also disguise blemishes.
Toys: My advice for your first time is that if you want to use toys, use them yourself while he films you. It's as sexy as f**k for him and will make you feel the centre of attention.
Lube: No matter how horny you are, you'll be wanting some of this. Taking time out to move the camera (or press record after you've forgotten to!) will be distracting and time consuming. You may be going for longer than you ordinarily would to make sure you get everything you want from the experience. Lube will help to keep things going, and ensure you don't get sore.
Theme: For your first time, I'd advise what's known as gonzo. That is, no plot, just straight to it. Alternatively you could consider various scenarios, such as schoolgirl/teacher, plumber, etc. A bit clichéd perhaps, but it's still a good giggle!
Clothing: It's easier to get good results if your both naked before you start, assuming you go for the gonzo approach. Otherwise, consider clothes that are easy to take off on camera. Spending five minutes fannying around with a zip or buttons can kill the mood and mean more editing later.
Location: For your first time I'd recommend your bedroom. It's somewhere you're both familiar with and feel comfortable. Just don't forget to shut the curtains!! If you have a small bedroom and can't get a good angle from the camcorder (which I can't see being an issue even in the smallest of rooms) then try the living room. Having cowgirl sex on a sofa filmed from a side angle is great to watch back later!
Time: Make plenty of time for this. Ensure that you won't be interrupted. That means leaving your phones in another room and out of earshot. This means make sure your kids (if you have any) are nowhere around and won't be back for hours. As well as needing time to prepare, you'll need time to tidy up afterwards. And we all know how mood killing interruptions can be.
Porn: If you both like watching porn (and I'm guessing you do seeing as how you'd like to 'star' in your own!) then I'd suggest watching some together. Have a think about what you like in the porn you watch and take inspiration from those videos.
Masks: Don't be scared! I'm not talking Eyes Wide Shut here. Well, perhaps a little bit. You see, could you identify any of the extras in that film? Of course not - and that is exactly the point. This links to my first two cautionary points. It's very difficult to identify someone who has half their face covered! Search for porn with masks, and you'll find some amateurs have posted their own, and are wearing Venetian style masks. Very sexy and, most importantly, anonymous should the worst happen.
There are many books and blog posts on the subject of 'doing it on camera' so it's worth searching online for further advice. As with anything, practice makes perfect.
My OH and I have over half a dozen videos of ourselves, so be warned - if you like it you may just do it again!

Id love to try this... My OH and i have been dating nto a long length of time but this has came up in convo.
Hes willing so far for pjotos and small clips but has agreed to a film at some point, Hes scared it would get leaked butt and a big BUTT (alil bigger then my own big ass trunk)
