I think @Daisy1982 is probably right, I’ve seen that toy used in a few porn clips too. If it is that toy though, I wouldn’t suggest trying this yourself. That toy isn’t suitable for anal because it doesn’t have a flared base and could get lost and end up in an embarrassing trip to A&E.
