I gave my Silver fox a gentle hand wash today, the warm water softened the glue and the butt plug came off…
Disaster…
After it dried a dab of hot melt glue sorted it out.
Phew.

Oh dear, that’s a shame 
probably worth mentioning to Lovehoney customer care. Hopefully it’s a one off but it may be useful for them to know batch numbers and check quality control if it’s one of their own brand products? Hope it’s not put you off. I had an issue once with a defective Mantric love egg toy for my wife, and Lovehoney customer service was excellent.

It’s not a massive issue, just thought I’d share that It’s easily fixed with a bit of glue. I can’t complain, we’ve had a lot of use out of it so far, lol.

If you haven’t glued it back already you could try sticking a small magnet on each end so you can actually pull it off for washing.
