I dont think i have ever worried about my intimate parts. I quite like them. Do women seriously worry about that? Perhaps porn stars or people on cam but its never bothered me at all. Strange.
I am entirely content with my genitals, as is my other half (with our own and each others).
can honestly say, i've never thought about the size of my "lady bits". my bust on the other hand....lol
some women do have issues, increasing numbers are having operations to change the way their bits look, it seems a bit extreme to me

Do you worry about your bust? you have a fabulous cleavage btw.
I have to think about what i am wearing and what will look good and i dont like showing too much cleavage or my boobs to stand out too much when i go out or at work.
The truth of the matter is everyone worries about something. Even the most outstandingly beautiful people in the world will still look in the mirror and pick out their own flaws, they may not admit it to themselves but subconciously they'll feel the same as everyone else.
Some men may worry they are too small, some men may be content but have worries in other departments, some women may love their vaginas but hate other things about themselves, but the reality is for the most part the biggest critic is yourself, whereas others appreciate you as a whole package and love every little bit even the flaws.
But yes I do agree plenty of men (secretly) do worry about their size, especially when it comes to thinking about previous partners, however as the cliche goes, it's not the size of the boat it's the motion in the ocean..I wouldn't say I'm the biggest going but I've not had complaints after the fact

Yep, some women certainly do worry about it!
I don't worry about my lady bits but they are probably my only feature that I'm not 100% happy with. I'm quite confident when it comes to my body. I have a boyfriend who loves me the way I am so I've no reason to worry about my body but my ladybits certainly arent my favourite part of my body!

I think possibly, the older you get, the less you worry, and the more confident you feel about yourself. Which is nice :)

well "big" is manly - big muscles, big willys, big in general
and little is girly cause its delicate

ive grown to accept my size and well size isn't everything!
I don't worry about the size of my bits, definately my boobs though. I always worry about them, like should I "show them off" by not caring that they're so big and wear what I want, i.e. t-shirts and nice low-cut tops? Or do I force them into minimiser bras which decrease you by a cup size? I quite like my "lady parts" - except for these stretchmarks I have on my inner thighs from my growth spurt in my teens :/
