Never used a sleeve before and ive just seen that my favorite porn star dillion harper has one here! Should i go for it or start with the cheaper ones?

Personally I say go cheaper. You’re paying for brand name with the porn star ones. They don’t feel any better (usually worse) than others.
You’ll probably find there’s not much if any difference from the cheaper ones than the more expensive as it’s mostly the name what bumps up the price tag 
Agreed with what’s been said already, just look in the description / detail of some of the cheaper ones as some can be
single use or
recommended number of uses
They are usually obvious but can get caught out with cheaper sleeve or stroker that are limited use.
Love stokers and would normally say that you get what you pay for when buying toys but I’ve only bought cheaper versions and not the fake pussy type. Love Honey own brands or Tracy Cox any great for solo play and couple play, some have open ends which allows the Mrs to give me head while using the stoker on my shaft.

I’ve tested a few now and my favourite is still the very simple Fleshlight Quickshot.
What are they like to clean?
The Quickshot is very easy. The silicone sleeve pops out of the plastic casing and you can turn it inside out to thoroughly clean and dry it.
Tightness amd reality feel?
It depends how big you are.
I consider myself to be about average and to me the Quickshot feels a little tighter than a vsgina. At the risk of being too explict it feels like anal sex when the anal muscles have relaxed a little.

Go for it, you won’t regret getting a stroker there fab. You generally get what you pay for through.
Regarding the cleaning they are usually surprising easy to clean, but take a period of time to dry out before storing.
