Got to agree, email discount not working for me, quick live chat, all sorted, best customer service ever

Yeah they're really good. Twice I wanted to use my money off voucher, but I was a bit worried about how I was gonna pay (had things on my credit card already), so I left without buying. However, the next day I got e-mails reminding me that I hadn't checked out and I still could use the offer. How cool is that?
