I just sorted mine out so -
Wallet, phone, mini sketchbook, comb, keys, pens, multipurpose knife tool thing, small makeup bag, ibuprofen, suncream, spare pants, water bottle, work ID card, scarf and a small hoard of gum wrappers.

Hmm I have keychains with a measuring tape and a spray of orange water. My myriad of prescription pills, pain pills etc. Lip balm face powder. A few hankerchiefs and a mirror compact. Wallet and inhalers. Cellphone and that is it.
