It is often based on a scenario that someone has told me about e.g an online friend's experience at an American strip club and then my mind leads this to other situations involving those people . Sometimes it's just random people for example in a situation where a couple involve a friend etc. But one of the people involved is never me. By contrast when I'm with my Husband I very much enjoy being in the moment. I don't want to hijack this thread but it's something that I really would like to better understand about myself.
Alicia, I think you are onto something there! In life in general I am very much a "doer" so maybe that's why!
