Summer holiday reading

I’m looking for something easy but interesting to read while on the beach this summer.

I usually go for non-fiction but I’m trying to branch out and read some novels.

I liked The Beekeeper of Aleppo, Queenie, Americanah, Half of a Yellow Sun, most stuff my Murakami.

Nothing dystopian, historical or cheesy please.
