Well, Over the last week or so I've been lucky enough to make friends with some of you.

I was talking to 'J' last night in bed and came to realize that without really thinking about it,

I have started to back off from her sexually, And have also calmed down on my intake of porn.

Those of you who have got to know me, Know that this is a good thing!

Anyway, 'J' and myself agree that it's since I started coming on here that the changes have taken place.

So, I would like to personally thank each and every one of you that has spoken with me, For having ( all be it subconcious ) a positive and calming influence on me.

I shall certainly continue with my contribution to the OA and am hopeful that 'J' will soon join, She has said when she's ready, So we will see.
