I was wondering recently, what happens to the products returned to LH HQ?

I worry that there's some unfortunate work experience kid in the office who has to deal with them. And where do they go? Do they go to a recycling depot?

Or do they live a very nice life on a farm...?

Hi TL, some of the toys with metal bits in 'em are recycled. They go to the Rabbit Amnesty farm!

Wizzie... we do get toys returned that've been used - sometimes they break. They're inspected by the gloved-up Toy Inspector! (Not filed away in Grab Bags!)

Thanks, Steve, that's great news that some go to the amnesty. I will stop fretting that I need to shrink wrap a toy before returning.

I'm curious as to that Amnesty farm. Does it take vibrators that have broken? Our rabbit wave vibrator unstuck from the handle/control box and although still attached by a couple of wires the wave function no longer works, just the rabbit part.

We we're just going to bin it but if it's any use for recycling then perhaps that's a better option.

you need to pop it to lovehoney with the rabbit amnesty freepost address and you can then claim a half price new rabbit and the old one will be recycled rather than heading in the bin! hooray!
