Oops just reread your post. Sorry not 100% awake yet
Thanks⦠no, it worked. For some reason I thought you couldnāt embed the big loops so I had one around the whole line but that didnāt make the emojiās big. An additional around both emoji did the trick .
Knew the small loops embedded thought the big ones didnāt⦠maybe just for emojiās?
Ok, just gone and fiddled with mine. They dont like the spaces between the code and the emoji. When you delete the spaces it works. Hope that helps
I did this (fullstops added to show code)
<big.>Deal of the Day
</big.>
Deal of the Day
Must have had a space! Second version my embedded brackets didnāt have a space so just worked out the same
I ended up with this:
<big> <big></big> **Deal of the Day** <big>
</big> </big>
But this, as you say, works the same but with less text:
<big></big> **Deal of the Day** <big>
</big>
So did have the space. Wonder why text is fine with a space but emojiās arenāt? Oh well. Problem solved, thank you.
FYI If you put a back slash directly in front of formatting commands it discards the command and just writes the text so you donāt need to put full stops in.
Ahhhhh. Knew you could \ them, just couldnt workout how to do it. Thank you (was trying to do it with a forward slash, becuase dylsexia )
Not all of the code on here is markdown. Not all of it plays well together bit of a hodgepodge. Somethings you have to put several lines between for them to function properly
Oh, while your here, do you know how to donthe expandable quote boxes ian uses for the position of the week thing. Cannot for the life of me work out how to get them to work
Yes, but Iām not good at it⦠here is Mr Chimpās explanation and tutorial though.
As you say coding here is rather a mash up of different styles to get the desired results .
I think putting them on the same line is done with a table and I think the rest is done with the more formattable details commands but these are definitely questions for Mr Chimp when he returns!
Ok then iāll just stick with the jammed together shortcut version till then
Sorry peeps, I seem to have left you a little adrift. Thanks for doing them though.
Iām going to be away for a while longer, but I can quickly rig up some templates if thatās any good to you? (though feel free to play with them).
Iāll pop them in separate posts to make them easily grabble.

Thanks @Ian_Chimp ! Weāve got DOTD sorted but the position of the week is definitely trickier⦠Iām leaving that one to @Green_Eyed_Girl .
Hope all is okay and your absence is happy related rather than not. You are missed.
Ooh, thanks dude. That is handy (and also interesting, you did that differently than i did )
Like @Peitho said, hope you and mrs chimp are ok.
As to position of the week. Ive. CRacked the pictures/links in tables bit. Cannot get the expanding quote boxes down the bottom to work.
Otherwise its all good
Vote for the Winner template:
The results of [Round 14](https://lovehoneyforum.com/t/position-of-the-week-vote-for-the-winner/265981/182) are in.... š„š„š„
And The Cuddle Huddle has proved it's not just a one week wonder, winning its second round with a pretty decent [68% of 28 votes](https://lovehoneyforum.com/t/position-of-the-week-head-to-head/265981/182#poll14). It seems The Pillar hit some issues when everybody's cardboard position enhancer didn't provide the levitation they'd hoped... š
So **The Cuddle Huddle** keeps its winner's laurels and comfortably strolls through to the next round. šš

>:lh_heart_grey: You don't need to have actually tried the position, you can judge it based just on the image (or the fuller description below). And if you do end up trying it, or someone says something in the comments that changes your mind, then you can always pop back and change your vote <small>(while the poll is open, of course).</small> š

Super dude, thank you so mcuh. Will have a look through that when i have a mo
For the quotes in the table, they need the picture size adding manually, and the <big> tags snipping out.
If you also reply to the previous post (dotd, or vftw) then it creates a linked chain that people can tap back through.
If anyone has a copy of trivial pursuit and wants to do the Hump Day Quiz I can do a template for that too?
Weāre all good. Iām afraid my attention is elsewhere at the moment, so I canāt do as much as usual. Iām still logging on and having a little browse though.
Iāll pass on the humpday quiz. DOTD and position of the week is plenty for me (energy constraints, incredibly boring etc etc etc)
Glad everythings ok. Thank you for the templates no wonder i couldnt get the expanding quotes bit to work
that is quite complex nested coding there
No Trivial Pursuit Iām afraid, will leave the Hump Day Quiz to you and look forward to itās return after a sabbatical⦠might be able to jig a few other quizzes together though work has suddenly gone into that manic Summer stage!
@Peitho No worries. I can do position of the week, and whomever gets round to DOTD first can jam that up. If your buisy one morning, just leave it and i will shove it up (if i forget and your buisy, give me a nudge. memory is crud sometimes)
@Ian_Chimp what day do you usually do the position of the week, is it Mon?
I tend to spread the Chimp stuff throughout the week to vary it up a bit.
Ianās Ta Da! List
(like a To Do list, but with more pizzazz)
| | |
- | - |
Daily | dotd (about 7am ish)

Monday | weekly offers (late afternoon/early evening)
Tuesday | Vote for the Winner
Wednesday | Hump Day Quiz
Thursday | Quiz answers
Friday | Position of the Week (donāt worry about this one. Itās gone a bit weird)
Edit:
First Saturday of the Month | Vibrator Maintenance Day
Sunday | Forum: Digested (retired, though itās there if anyone wants it. I also tried out a āHump Day Bulletinā too)
But you can chop and change it around to whenever suits everyone best.
