In the past I have had trouble getting sensation out of toys where you insert a bullet into the base of as toy. We have a cock ring that works like this. Since the bullet is removable its hard to get it into the rubber hole in the thicker side of the ring and once done it gives very buzzy light virbations against external skin surfaces, rather than the vibrations properly transfering to the shaft of a penis or dildo or internally to me/The g-spot. I have the Medium Butt Tingler and it's OK but the vibrations are buzzy rather than rumbly. You can't sit down while wearing it either as the bullet and it's switch protrude and will keep scrolling and switching on and off if you sit. The rechargeable toy you are thinking about looks a little slim. You may have trouble keeping it in.

Generally with toys that have an insertable bullet, the type of bullet and material of the rest of the toy is going to make a huge difference. Vibrations transmit well through silicone but if you are using something like TPE or rubber then it just won’t be as good. Many battery operated bullets do tend to have plenty of power, but have a high frequency (buzzy) vibration. High frequency vibrations tend to sit more on the surface level and don’t tend to transmit deeper to the internal parts of the clitoris or the G Spot. Essentially you need to have them pressed directly against where you want the stimulation.
With cock rings, the vibration part is more designed for clitoral stimulation than anything else. If you are looking for something that will essentially turn a dildo or penis into a vibrator then you will need a powerful, rumbly toy. Most likely something rechargeable.
