After the success that I've just had purchasing a babydoll for my normally camera-shy wife (she loves it! -- see link below), I'm wondering what else I can buy for her that she'll feel sexy wearing.
My wife's biggest concern is her tummy which, although not especially prominent, isn't flat like that of a lingerie model. Bikini sets and other midriff-revealing items are therefore out of the question as she just won't feel good in them. Fortunately, I think there's plenty else about her that we can highlight instead.
Any suggestions on tummy-friendly LH sexy lingerie or outfits that I could consider for my wife? All ideas appreciated -- many thanks!
Can't speak as to the LH lingerie, but she could try a corset or such type set. Personally I find flat tummies to be quite off putting, a womans stomach should have some curve in it

I agree, but it's difficult to fight decades of conditioning by the media and fashion industries.

Thanks, Hella! Both my wife and I like the idea of a corset in principle, but we're a bit wary after a disastrous experience with one a while ago. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to fit her. After a long tug-of-war with my wife (and not the type that we enjoy), we had to admit defeat.
One point that might be important -- the corset that we tried wasn't steel-boned, and I felt wary about pulling tightly on the laces because I wasn't convinced that the plastic bones would be able to take it (I wasn't worried about my wife ). I gather from reading elsewhere that steel bones really are a must in a corset. Maybe we should give one a try.
id deffanatly reccomend steel boned. how tall is your wife by the way? as at 5ft 6 i find the ''normal length corsets'' to be to short in the body and leave a rather unflattering bulge down the bottom.

She's 5ft 2ins tall. I recall that we had the opposite problem with the previous corset -- the boobs section kept riding up too high as we tightened the laces so that it looked as if my wife was hugging a surfboard -- not the sexiest look!
I've only just realised that the waspie corset that Hella suggested doesn't have a boobs section, so this problem wouldn't apply -- we could team it with a preferred selection of sexy bra.

It certainly does help! Many thanks for your ideas and thoughts once again.
It's great to have a shortlist of plausible ideas to run past my wife. I was originally hoping to buy something else for her as a surprise, but the corset would require us to do a bit of measuring after watching the LH tutorial videos.
Definitely agree with the corsets and getting a decent quality one makes all the difference.
@ToxicJenny - it's not the same for everyone as different people have different body shapes, I'm 5'6" and have a long body but have no issues with normal length corsets. You can however get longer line ones which also help with love handles / muffin tops and all good corset listings will tell you the length of the corset so you can check prior to purchase.
