Well in my limited experience with a partner who has used viagara it is not designed to make you delay ejaculation / orgasm, but an aid to achieving a full on erection.
Men may wish to chime in more who have used it if it helped delay....
But I would provide this specific feedback, on Viagara my partners was SO HARD it was almost painful. I like a nice hard man, but the drug made him feel unlike anything I had ever expereinced with me to the point of almost broomstick painful compared to normal erections with him.
The UP side to Viagara was he could maintain an erection much longer and stay hard after cumming so we could keep having sex.
I have a friend who is a functioning alcoholic who uses Viagra. For him it is to achieve a full erection, but it does not delay ejaculation. He can continue with interiorise after cumming, but says the sensation is not as good as before he comes.
i would say no to Viagra it can be painful if you don't have difficulty achieving an erection, it also raises blood pressure and there are some risk factors associated with this. (Increased risk of stroke, heart attach amongst others).
Have you tried a cock ring? This may achieve what you are looking for without medication. Lovehoney have a wide range available. Also try edging it really works, or maybe masturbate before intercorse.
personally I don't like chemicals interfering with my sexual functions. I can recommend that you try a vibrating quality clock ring. It will keep you much bigger for a much longer period and give you a more satisfying deeper sensation as well when you shoot your load.

When I was with my ex; sex was a special occasion type thing (usually after a few drinks) that didn't happen very often. Our sex was however pretty kinky and involved a lot of foreplay, so by the time it got round to penetration I didn't ususally last long.
I got some viagra online from a high street pharmacist (delivered after an online 'consultation' so didn't need to visit a doctor or a pharmacy in person) and took half a pill a few times (usually about half an hour before going to bed)

So while viagra won't directly solve a PE problem it will get you hard again straight away meaning you can actually go as long as you want

Cock rings can be good too, but I'd go for a non vibrating one (or turn it off) if you want to last longer as we've found vibrating ones give him pleasure too so it could potentially backfire and make you orgasm faster!
When you say you want to last longer for your OH's sake, have you tried more extended foreplay? Means you don't need to worry about prolonging your performance at all, since it will be acting as a 'finisher' for both of you :)

You could try a cock ring, that can really help re maintaining your errection, and a condom(extra safe as it's thicker) can help dull things for you, if everything happens too fast?
Thanks guys and gals I'll have a look at c rings first as seems to be a popular choice... I have no problems with hardness or size or blasting too soon we are normally in sync I just wanna go longer as I'm one of those unfortunate one shot wonders....
