Well it's simple really, I was wondering if they have ever been deal of the day or had some form of discount because as a student, £50 is a hell of a lot to pay, I know in the long run it will pay its self off with the amount of pleasure and fun it will bring but that price is pretty steep at the moment for me lol
so yeah, has it ever had money off?
I can't ever recall a wand being the Deal of the Day, but a fortnight before your birthday you get 10% discount and if you apply for the special offers email sometimes you get 10-25% off when you spend over £20 or whatever.
They do sometimes come with free attachments so just keep an eye on the product page - it will normally have the discounts just above the price

I got the Mini Wand on Deal of the Day. A discontinued wand of Tracey Cox was also on Deal of the Day before (but I don't like it - I prefer the Mini Wand).
Look up the mini and im sure it's in some kind of deal right now..
Could anyone tell me how the mini wand compares to the normal one? Is it anywhere near as powerful?
The mini is no where near as powerful as the mains operated bad boys but for a battery operated vibe, the mini still packs a decent punch.
I think i won't bother with the mini then. Might aswell get the real deal!

How much power do you want/need? Some of us find wands too much. Mine gets me there disappoiningly quickly and leaves me wanting something better, but too numb to do anything about it. Had a look at your review section to see if there was anything to compare it to and a wand's power is a big jump from what you have there. Something in between might make you just as happy.
Don't forget that everything's fantastically supercharged in porn too. 
Unless you splash out for attachments, wands are one trick ponies. If money's tight, it might make more sense to explore variety right now and save a wand for later. LH often has great toys in their three for sales. I think those are advertised only in the email newsletter. Get yourself on that if you aren't already.
I have a wand and it has more than made up for it's money already. You just can't beat the power. But i totally know how you feel about the price, i was the same. It seemed like so much, and i wasn't sure i could justify paying that much. I am however very pleased i did.
But.....do you have an electric toothbrush? If you do, why not go for a Tingle Tip at £9.99 It's brilliant for clit stimulation and is very powerful because of being able to charge. The only negative of it is how loud it is. (You never realise how noisy your electric toothbrush is until you need / want to use the Tingle Tip and cringe at the racket it makes!)
If you can get the place to yourself, or can put on loud music you'll be grand.

Well in reply to that rose hip, honestly, I'm just following the girlfriends orders haha, she said she wanted that so I going to have to give in eventually. I think you're right, its a huge jump but from the reviews and the comments on the forum it sounds not far off what you see in porn hahaha, I think I might just save up. You've got an egg, so why not get a G-spot toy to use with it? Thinner is easier to get into the right position, so that Slimline one for £13 might be an excellent buy for the two of you. And £13 versus £50? Being able to afford it sooner does have certain advantages.

I have a battery operated Tracey Cox wand. Its not bad but not the most powerful wand on the market.
The LH mini wand appears on DOTD every now and then and is a lot cheaper than mains powered version.
