Hi everyone, hope your all well! Amongst a couple of other toys i bought my significant other a womanizer. The plan is to surprise her tonight in the dark by candle light, so ive put it on charge, ive noticed the piece that goes into the end of it takes some pressure to get it in to charge correctly. Is this normal or do have a problem??

Hey @Skirt-n-stockings - sorry I’m probably a bit late for this now! Sometimes cables can be a little stiff, particularly to start with, but then loosen a little over time. If it lights up as it should then you should be okay. However, if you feel like you’re having to force it or the lights stop at all then I’d contact customer care who should be able to advise you
