We’ve done this as a couple and as a family. Generally there is a mix of all body shapes, sizes and ages all just enjoying the sun and the pleasure of taking a dip in the sea and not needing to sit in a wet costume afterwards. There is no need to be body conscious, I think nudists are far more accepting of others and less judgmental of a persons body size.
As it has already been said these are usually clothing optional beaches, while most people will be nude it’s acceptable if the group is a mixture of clothed on all the beaches we’ve visited.

A Big yes from us…we’re flying out to Spain next week and will be visiting our favourite nude / naturist beach for 10 days…And it’s 100% clothes free as well…can’t wait

The idea of enjoying lovely warm sun all over the body really attracts both of us, but we’d need to get over the initial self-consciousness. And it would need to be really warm!

Have a wonderful time, it seems like you have been there before or done lots of research on the resort. The idea o loosing your clothes whilst on the beach sounds great. @walsh111

It’s honestly a lovely and very freeing experience.
Depending on where you go you can act on those horny feelings.
Otherwise, hold onto it until you get in the sea or back to your room

We both love being naked around the house so I am certain we would love to be on a beach in hot or very warm weather. However, sadly, I think we are both too self-conscious to visit a nudist beach. Indeed, the most public we have done naked is go into the back garden when it is dark on a sultry summer evening.

Thanks @ShyNudist. Didn’t know there was a nudist beach there. Will have to consider giving it a go when it’s much MUCH warmer. The easterly winds on the coast there can be a bit of an enthusiasm killer!

I would in fact I nearly did last summer when I south of France. Nipped to the shop and nearly went to the beach for the afternoon but chickend out in the end.
Not sure the wife would join me though
