What works for my partner is 2 fingers inside, spread apart into a v so they go either side of her g spot. Curl your fingers back on themselves and keep them in that position then pull back and up. Repeatedly. Use more power than you may think.
Works for her every time!

I have the Starlet and the Premium. Both make me squirt. Normally I have an orgasm, turn it down and continue stimulation and then turn back up which leads me to squirt (sometimes with a second orgasm).
The starlet does have a stupidly short battery life, but I do like the quite large jumps in intensity between each setting, whereas the Premium has a much gentler increase. I donāt think any of them are particularly better for squirting than the others. More generally, they are all pretty good.
The Pro40 tends to be well regarded on the forum, but I donāt think you would go wrong as such with any of them.

I did quite a lot of research before getting my first Womanizer (have other clitoral suction toys) and went for the Liberty in the end which I really like. Itās a bit smaller than some of the other ones (which I personally prefer, but others dislike so all down to personal preference), but it seemed to have a fair amount of settings and the run time is a lot better than the Starlet (for context, Starlet has up to 30mins and Liberty has up to 120mins), and fitted in budget wise (although the premium is still on my wishlist - one day!).
I would however say I wouldnāt purchase solely on the basis that you want it to make your partner squirt, as it might not. Not everyone can squirt and not everyone will squirt from clitoral stimulation (for example, I can only through intense g-spot). Theyāre fantastic toys and I personally love them, but I just donāt want you to put all your hopes into one toy and be disappointed
