I put lots of items in my basket last night, woke up this morning and its empty! What happened? I thought it usually stayed for days? x
Hmm - it could be something to do with your Cookies.
Have you cleared your search history or browsed privately recently?
Our basket relies on Cookies in order to 'remember' your order. If you've cleared them, or changed the settings this could be the problem.
You should be able to check and amend this in your browser settings :)
I have the opposite problem I have nothing in my basket but it says that I have 4 items in there that won't disappear.
I know this is serious but it sound like some hidden camera supermarket prank.
I've heard about such things on facebook where someone slips a pragnancy test, or flavoured lube into another customers shopping trolly so that they get a surprise/shock at the checkout.
