If you're completely new to anal, begin with a finger. From there work up to small plugs, increasing in girth slowly. Expecting to go from zero to a 5" is not going to go well, it may be possible, but it is highly unlikely to be pleasureable and could result in injury, and put you off trying again. And of course, use plently of lube!
I agree with VirginAngel! Make sure you go slow and listen to your body. It would be a shame if you injured yourself and were put off in the future because of it. Start small with fingers and plugs. Your link doesn't seem to be working! I would say that 5 inches circumference would definitely be too girthy for a complete beginner. Keep in mind though that some products are posted with a circumference at the widest point, so have a look at the videos and compare the size in relation to a hand.
