I'm looking for hotel recommendations for something a bit different for a birthday treat without the kids for my wife. We are midlands based, so Birmingham/Peaks/Manchester/Liverpool would be best tbh!
I'm aiming to take her away for possibly two nights - not to bothered about cost, although I guess max spend would be around £500 for two nights. I would like to aim for not leaving the bedroom much apart from food, drink, walks and probably a few 'stranger meets' scenarios!

Looks good with the roll top bath in the suite room etc and large wet room showers, but if anyone knows of some adult hotels with jacuzzi's etc that would be cool!

Look at Hotel Gotham, King Street Town House, Velvet Hotel all in Manchester really nice hotels - Gotham is a bit more quirky and King St is more romantic and relaxing. Never stayed at the Velet but heard good things.

How about you write down 3 things each you would either like to try or experience again on some pieces of paper and then you can blind pick a couple to try out while you are away?
Or one of those adult card games if you want it to be a suprise for both of you.
I’ve heard good things about Aphrodites, my personal favourite is the Cranleigh Boutique which is just around the corner and a little more central for trips out to the bars etc.
Stayed in several of their suites and they’re all great, you certainly don’t want to leave!
