Thanks @Deanna32, I was more shocked that doubled back on themselves and tried to gaslight me over it.

Take a shot every time I mentioned the rules and outside contact info (and anything edited if you want to go harder :joy:)

When an ‘ignored’ user comments on a thread, it shows in the unread threads, which is grand, I expect this.
But I have to go into the thread about 5 times to get the notification cleared, is there another way to clear this? It annoys my head having the notifications.

If you’ve read all the other posts in your “unread” then the dismiss button should make the remaining ones disappear:

@Lovehoney_Brenna the dismiss button (see above comments) has gone with the change to the forum. Could that be added back please? :slightly_smiling_face:

You’ve opened up the bulk action menu. The ‘select all’ and ‘clear all’ are part of that rather than an alternative dismiss button.

I think the ‘dismiss’ is still there on mobile, but it’s not visible. If I press where it should be then it still works as expected.

Thanks for the how to @JoCat , just added a 1st person to my ignore list.

I dont mind not agreeing with someone on topics, but the constant trolling of some users just takes away from the sometimes useful discussion we have.

Yeah I don’t mind a differing opinion, I can disagree with people and not fall out with them but the people who are wanting a reaction are the ones that I ignore. I do really wish there was an option for a full block though.

Yes, i can see that i can still see a hidden post warning about the user I’ve marked as ignored.

There’s only one, hopefully I’ll have the strength to not read them… or the balls to call out their shit.

I generally call people out, but I decided that I didn’t want to risk losing my place as a tester by being too blunt. Sometimes I forget pleasantries if I’m in a particularly stressy adhd/autistic (unsure which) phase and I go straight to the point without adding any softner. Its only when I read back later that I’m like :face_with_hand_over_mouth: So its as much for me as it is them, that I ignore them.
