how? talking about having chocolate philadelphia on my sarnies? xx

lol naughty......all those spreads and anything flavoured with chocolate make me feel queasy.

Honestly, the idea of Philly and chocolate together doesn't sound great. If I was offered it I would try, but you'd never catch it in my shopping trolley, that's for sure!

Went down like a lead balloon with my 9 year old!

Much prefers Nutella!

* That wasnt a blatant product placement!

I love it!

my flatmate bought it and let me have a bit. its good but weird, would make a good chocolate cheescake

When I first heard about it I just thought it was weird, but then I realised that chocolate cheesecake is actually nice, so I bought a tub to try.

After tasting it it hasn't been touched again.

iv tried it, i was told to try it on digestives but i wasnt impressed its a little nicer on hobnobs but i wouldnt get it again thats for sure

would probably work as a cream cheese frosting with some icing sugar or in baking

(im too cheap to try it when i can get value/own brand stuff and add nicer chocolate to it myself)

So I guess you're not a fan of chocolate cheese cake or tiramisu... they can be made with cream cheese, with added sugar and chocolate =)

To me, I found it to be similar to a very thick chocolate mousse, I rather liked it. I couldn't compare it to something like nutella - though I haven't had nutella for years as it's not veggie - but that's just me, chocolate spread and chocolate cheese is very different.

Anyone tried actual chocolate cheese? I've had both dark and white hard chocolate cheese before and they can taste a little like some cakes, depending on the make of the cheese and how well matured it is... raspberry white chocolate cheese is interesting, the fruit goes a bit gritty =)

Anyway, I wouldn't pay full price for the spread, but when it's on offer I might buy it (was 70p in one store)

Oh, Those who like chocolate spread more, you have to try Whole Earth spreads! Their dark chocolate if my favourite ^_^

I love chocolate but dont like anything "chocolate flavoured" either sickly or bitter and sometimes both.

Morrisons tend to stock some in their fresh cheese sections. Or deli style shops =)

The first time I tried it I had a pretty bad headcold and had lost my sense of taste but assumed it probable tasted great, the second time I had it I changed my mind after two bites. Doesn't even taste bad just doesn't taste right either, not enough of a chocolate taste off it I thought.

i made a mini cheese cake with it ! i didnt think it tasted to great but after crushing up some digestives and melting some butter i placed the crumb mixture into a ramikin and chilled it in the fridge i then bbeat the choc philly with a little lemon juice put it on top of the biscuit base it tasted lovely and was very quick and easy to do.

I tried a little bit, was pretty odd taste..I think it would be nice with pretzels and thats about it

Have tried it, but I love chocolate cheesecake so not a surprise that I liked it on toast

xGGx

me and the kids tried it on some bread and we all went ooh thats nice but the more we chewed the mouthful the worse it got, I thought my kids would love it but it had a weird tangy aftertaste which was the cream cheese I suppose. I wouldnt buy it again!
