I would just like to say how fantastic the customer service is at Lovehoney. The Live Chat Help is a fantastic option and makes receiving help a hell of a lot easier!! I only had a couple of questions to ask recently but how polite and helpful they were was great.
The particular person in question was Lottie but I'm pretty certain the rest of the Lovehoney 'crew' are the same! Thanks a lot, and this is another reason why this place is fantastic!!!!

Bit old, but couldn't find the other "we love you" thread(s) I know exists!
Just cocked up an order in my excitement, but the lovely Sarah on Live Chat made it all better, swapped out the mistake for what I'd wanted no fuss. Such wonderful people, every time.
