Extra item in basket?

Apologies if this is answered somewhere obvious but I can't see it and have had a quick search.

I have 5 items in my basket but it says that there are 6 there, any ideas what is going on

Maybe one is doubled? chek for the quantity

Do you have two of the same item that you just haven't noticed? :)

I think free gifts are not counted in the number of items.

I just noticed this on my account too... I have emptied my basket, but it still shows 1 item. Must be a blip in the system - hopefully it will be sorted out soon :) x

Definately don't have 2 of an item. checked that.

i do currently have a discount in play, but I also have the 3 for 10 so I'd expect both to count not just 1.


i've removed both an item from the 3 for 10 and also my discount and i still have 1 extra item in my basket, so not either of those.

Hey guys 

How odd , sorry about this ! 

Have you tried to clear cookies or delete cache ? ( dependant on your device ) 

This will reset the basket to start again... if it is still an issue please contact Customer care :

Hi guys

Just to add to what Leanne has said, I've also popped in and cleared your baskets (MonsPiper and Scorpius12) from this end, which *should* clear out any saved stragglers.
