I agree with Hella, it's normal to feel weak or a little dizzy after a strong orgasm but I'd be worried if your wife was in pain. See your GP.
Hello, I would recommend to see a doctor too, I am not sure this is something vibe could cause. I felt week and bit dizzy after few very very strong orgasms, but the only time I actually felt pain was just before my pediod, and those were regular menstruation cramps, which I had before playing and I guess the orgasm just triggered them more, but this does not sound at all like what happened with your wife.
