As its comming up to pay day and the thought of temp play is quite intriguing, ive decided to get a glass toy!! What one do I go for though?? Any recommendations?? Im thinking love honey's double ended one as its ribbed and dotted!!

Hi and welcome :) Good choice, I'd definitely recommend glass 
The double ended dildo seems to be a very popular choice, loads of peope recommend that one. The ridges on the first one feel amazing and it has a base so it's easy to hold onto.
The ridges and bumps on the double ended one are bound to feel very good, and you get two toys in one cos each end will provide different sensations. And I'd definitely recommend chilling it, just adds that little something and makes glass different than any other material dildos are made out of.

Like PPD, I would strongly recommend glass. It gives an amazing feeling that just doesn't compare to standard toys. I have the double ended one you're looking at & I love it. I can't say much more without repeating all of what PPD said but yes, glass is definitely the way to go.
The fact that glass allows temperature control through either chilling it or warming it up is also a great selling point & makes a huge difference.

Ohhhhhhhhh after reading them comments i've gone for it!!! Cant wait for it to arrive, i've just got to have the patience to leave it in the fridge/freezer for a while!! How do you both chill yours if you don't mind me asking? =) xx

Hi krissie, hope your toy arrives soon! Which one have you gone for? I have the double-ended glass dildo and I cool mine down by immersing it in freezing cold water for 10 minutes. I would use the fridge or freezer (both ways are perfectly safe) but I live with my parents so have to be sneaky about it! ;) Enjoy, any more questions just ask us! :)

I also recently decided that I wanted to try a glass toy and I bought this one http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14732
I would highly recommend it as you get to experience two different sensations in one toy. It really does feel different from other toys but it's soo nice. Trying out the different temperatures is also a lot of fun aswell as using it at room temperature. You'll definitely not regret buying it.

Edit - I put mine in a food bag in the freezer for 30 mins to get it nice and cold.
I'm not a huge fan of the dotted/bumpy ones as it seems to grate on me.. kinda. I do have this- http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=11680 and love it so much! I've not played around with temperature play yet but I have no doubt it will be even better.
I'd love the get the Tracy Cox twin set though. The bulbous/wavy ones seem really amazing.

Ohhhhhhhh thankyou for the tip =) Ive gone for the one I first mentioned, the love honey double ended one, me and the boy are now very excited!! Ohhhhhh ive just moved out, or I think it would be one that just came out when they were on holiday!!!

i prefer my glass cold rather than warm and use the fridge/ freezer if i live on my own
or i tend to buy/make up some ice and put it in a big mug and then place the dildo in there to cool
as for warming it can be done with some water - boil the kettle and let it cool a little before pouring into the mug and putting the dildo in.
Glass toys are amazing. The cold sensation is incredible and they are so smooth. We have http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=11683 our review will be on there somewhere.
Must be nearly time to get another to add to the collection....like the look of PurringTiger's purchase.
All this feedback is making me even more impatient for the postman to arrive!!!! I have a feeling this will be tested and reviewed before the boy even gets home!!!
