Well that is exactly what happened to me the other night. I was grapefruited and it felt fantastic! It's essentially where your OH goes down on you, aided by a grapefruit.

I've tried this. It needs a wide grapefruit otherwise the entire inside needs to be hollowed out. I thought it was ridiculous until climax where the acid intensified the orgasm. It is messy, too messy in my opinion to want to do regularly and I imagine it would be very painful on open wounds.
