Incidentally, female ejaculation is achieved by stimulation of the G-spot, which is an archaic biological remnant of the prostate. When analysed, female ejaculate has been found to be very similar to prostatic fluid.
Two points I feel are of interest -
1. I think that the prostate feels much more like a polo mint with a dip in the centre. If I were feeling for a walnut shape, I don't think I'd ever find it. :)
2. Since all embryos are female until a surge of testosterone during gestation causes them to become male, it could be argued that the prostate is an archaic biological remnant in males of the Skene's gland in women, and that prostatic fluid is similar to female ejaculate.

On the latter two, the Tantus Feeldoe and the Fun Factory, the short end is designed for the lady. However keeping it in place is difficult unless you have super-strong muscles down there. We have used the Feeldoe with a strap-on harness, which works quite well, although it's sometimes difficult to get the angle right. The easiest position we found was with her lying down and the guy on top.
