For me being on antidepressants it can take a good 1-2 hours to cum solo but it’s kinda enjoyable with a toy and some porn on. Then when I reach climax it’s a nice rush feeling what quickly vanishes leaving me feeling a little deflated

It varies greatly.
Since being in chastity and being stimulated frequently but only being allowed orgasms rarely I have developed a high degree of control so I can last as long as she chooses.

It’s a lot longer than when I was younger. I could ejaculate three or four times in an hour and the first took less than three minutes. As I’ve got older it all depends upon the frequency of sex. If I’m away from my wife for a few days then it’s 10 minutes when we get to it. At other times 20 minutes and sometimes she comes well before me.
