Hmm good question, I guess the answer is 2 fold, you can control the speed for all to an extent so the time can change. But average;
For me (male) it’s:
Oral: 5 mins
PIV: 6-7 mins
Masturbation: 2 mins but can in 1
For my wife (just asked her opinion) it’s:
Oral: 4 mins
PIV: 5 mins

When we do PIV, depending on the position we’re in, it can be about 45 seconds, some positions, about a minute.

For me currently I can come in 3-5 minutes if limited time and how I am aroused . Other wise I can last up to a half hour . In my case it depend a lot, how stimulated I am mentally.
Sometimes I have got orgasm really fast and even without touching, for example yesterday when I red very stimulating writing (not in here unfortunately). But quick orgasms are usually quite mild too, and their intensity grows if I continue.
