Having just wasted 90 minutes earlier this evening trying to redeem a voucher I have paid for on a florist's website only to be told the voucher code does not exist I just wish LH sold flowers online. They would have a website that worked, a telephone help line that was available after 5pm and not at a premium rate, as well as great flowers at fair prices with brilliant special offers to boot.
In fact, I would welcome the Lovehoney standards for all my online purchases!
I second this online flower companies are a nightmare.

My husband actually wanted to do this ! We received an enormous dildo for testing from LH and he wanted to put it in a hanging basket arrangement in my garden to see if anyone would notice .....!
Back to OP - I too have had huge issues with buying flowers on line and have given up now - only thing to do is a trek into town to do it in person :( most annoying .....

My problem was I wanted a bargain, £40 flowers for £20. Several hours later, have phoned their help line during office hours to find it is only an automated service. What use is that? It could have been 24 hours too if all you get is a recorded message. Meantime, they have send an email offering 10% off as I didn't complete the order. That is 10% off the £40 so not what I paid for. Feeling really annoyed and have fired off another email to their customer services.

Related: In Amsterdam I saw a shop that had a vase full of tulips but they were vibrators in disguise. They looked like fake tulips you'd find in one of those designy gift shops. They had long stems that would detatch leaving you with a sort of pointed bulb that worked to the effect of that discrete diamond vibrator but small, silicone and red/pink/orangey.
Just wanted to share that because those made my trip to Amsterdam amazing and I regret not buying one of them...
