...Lovehoney I purchased a toy from another site, (not the high street one) only because was approaching our anniversary. So i got it a few weeks before we went away as a surprise. Used it twice and it broke. Changed batteries...nothing. never worked since. But it was over the return and it was used. Lesson... only buy from LH.
100% I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than lovehoney..
I haven't bought from elsewhere since i discovered Lovehoney, they just have everything i need.
Oh dear that's a hard lesson to learn. I started my journey here and I haven't looked elsewhere.
Prices can be cheaper elsewhere, you pay your money and make the choice (and the return policy at LH is now a lot less generous than it used to be). The last thing I bought from them came with the wrong charger cable which was a pain because the toy was bought for a special weekend. They rushed a replacement to me for the next day so we still had our weekend of fun.
We always purchase from LH.
