I’m having my implant removed on Tuesday as it is due for removal and then I’m taking a break from hormonal contraception for a while. Absolutely loved it but I did notice it makes me drier 
What positive side effects did you notice after coming off hormonal birth control?
The only thing different from having my implant removed is my periods went slowly back to normal. It did however take me a while to conceive but I’m not sure if that’s to do with the implant or not.
Periods went back to a regular cycle quickly.
Could generate my own lube instead of relying on it from a bottle.
Increased sex drive.
Only a moody cow around my period now instead of all the time, haha.
Acne wasn’t as bad.
