Kegal balls help

My OH has recently tried the free balls with last weeks weekender offer but she cant keep them in.
She only has to stand up n out they pop.

Anyone got any pointers on this?

Thanks

Hi they might be a bit too advanced for her. Maybe try a larger but lighter set to start with, and as her muscle tone improves she can progress up the the smaller heavier ones.

What weight are they? FunLouise us right, they may be too advanced. I have the LoveHoney basics and they're great for a first set, good size and pretty light for beginners. I've not had any problems so far.

Definatley far too advanced. Try the lovehoney jiggle balls. I use the Tracey Cox ones and thoroughly enjoy them.

Yep, too heavy, too small or both. Maybe she should try with something like this http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=32947 first if she's never used kegal balls before and had a child or things like that, and then gradually go up untill these one she has are right for her. It all depends on her level but it seems like she went with something too advanced.

Sorry
They are the lightweight lovehoney basics that were part of the weekender offer last week. Cant find link as im on my phone. They are the gold ones.

These are the ones. Thought theyd be good as first try
She can put sticky vicky to shame shooting outwards lol

I'd guess that some kegel exercises without balls are needed to start toning up the muscles...

Thanks all. Ill google n pass it on
My suggestion of using gaffa tape didnt go down too well 😈😈😈

The gold balls she tried are 4.25 inches in circumference, so trying a set that is bigger should work! As far as kegel balls go, the bigger and lighter the balls, the easier the workout.

The suggestions so far are excellent.

I tried the single ball as my first attempt with kegel exercisers ever and it's a very easy ball to keep in due to the size and weight. The good thing about this set is that she'll eventually be able to progress to the double balls when she gets more used to them. The quality is also excellent.

I own this set in addition to the gold ben wa balls and this one is significantly bigger, albeit a bit heavier. The size does help in keeping it in though. I think it's one of the biggest ones at a circumfernece of 4.75 inches. Easy to keep in, and I think one of the most pleasureable kegel balls I've tried.

I've never tried this range myself but this seems great for beginners. It's also slightly bigger than the Tracey Cox single ball for an easier workout.

Also, try putting less lubricant when inserting the balls. With that little friction, the balls would be more prone to slipping. Try pushing them a little higher up too.
