This sounds familiar! Whenever I ask the missus she says the same thing; "I don't really have any/can't think of anything". I believe that many people think too much into fantasies sometimes and over pressure themselves to say they have a fantasy that fits into the norm (such as threesomes, stranger sex, swinger clubs, etc). But in reality fantasies can often be something a lot smaller and easier to fulfil. Like our last to have sex a particular day, we may think about it all the time up to it, fro the kissing, your lovers breath, the smells, etc. Basically, that is a fantasy and one that can keep evolving as you think more into it and desire it more.
Also I feel that fantasies don't work like a bucket list. Meaning once you have ticket them off that's it. Basically a fantasy is something you can fantasy about and add bits to as you go along and as you think back onto the experience.
Using other peoples fantasies and saying they are your own can be bad though, while you may get ideas from them, if you're not really into them and your partner thinks you are it can lead to all kinds of awkwardness.

The part of the fun about fantasies is howing only a few or small parts of it as first and then developing it. It's be boring if you revealed everything at once and did it pretty quickly and very text book to what you are lusting after.

In my, fairly limited experience, your fantasies probably don't have to be anything too exotic - particularly if you don't usually talk about them much. They could be something you consider perfectly mundane but the novelty of you talking about them, whatever they are, will probably be a huge turn on in itself, regardless of content. :)
