it's been ages since I've done a proper dinner party with courses - evenings at ours have kinda morphed into mass buffets.
If it was the usual 3 course thing then I reckon
Starter: chilli & garlic king-prawns
Main: Glazed gammon with roasted potatoes & some veg
Dessert: lemon mousse
Lets go straight for the lemon mousse yum yum
