I know this is gonna sound stupid, but, am i able to return a toy that has clearly been used? Like Im just not getting on with it. It is obviously clean and in pretty new condition. It is also within the 100 day guarantee. I have the box still and everything can be returned normally. Its just used?

You can, just fill out the returns form and follow the instructions. They’re not going to sell it on, and they’ll not touch it without gloves but they expect a toy returned for the 100 day guarantee to be used.

They may also tell you to just dispose of it appropriately yourself. All depends.
