I have read in reviews and on this forum about LH’s excellent return policy regarding toys. I have never returned a toy, there hasn’t been a need for it. But is it true you can actually return a toy if it doesn’t provide the satisfaction you wishec for? Because then it would actually be used and not suitable for resale. What happens with these toys then?
I've used their Happiness Promise a couple of times now and it's been really good. It's only on sex toys and not lingerie or lube, etc but it's a nice safety net to have if you're giving something a try that you're not sure about. Normally it's available within 30 days of purchase but it's been extended especially for Christmas. 🙂👍 I think the unwanted toys just go into the electrical recycling, but I don't know for sure.
