I was aware that Lovehoney does value our review for the feedback on their products, but I must admit that I didn't think it was THAT influencing on their product developpement. I love seeing that a company does listen to their customers.
I can think of another standout product that they changed based on reviewers feedback. The Enjoy Lubricant. The original that was around when I first joined was awful. It was so runny and tacky and has an absolutely awful chemical scent. Everything I hated about it was changed and now the updated version is in my constant rotation of lubes.
LH is great with feedback. I've never seen a company with such good customer service. I suppose you have to go above and beyond to try and break down a taboo.
