In my case i say i would do both masturbate first then when i orgasm i get a added benefit of that protein
add it to a milkshake or whatever

Think of it as a mini fast / half a day if the 5:2 diet 
I like to have long solo sessions with all my toys when have the house to myself so sometimes skip meals or other things to give myself a good seeing too!

The joys of working from home and often being able to do both! Have had many quickies at lunch or even whilst just sitting there in front of my laptop and the need is too strong.
Also love a lunch time session with the OH when she is up for some fun times
