My wife and I both shave everything down below off. It feels great and niether of us have to pluck teeth lol.
We both use to get irritated skin after shaving down below but we found a product called Vanish PFB or something like that, it stops you getting any irritation, razer burn or ingrowing hair. It has a wierd burning/cooling affect the first few times you use it but it only lasts a few seconds ;-)
I shave every day and have since my snip 18 years ago its second nature now feels great
My boyfriend has never shaved/trimmed/waxed etc anywhere apart from his face (but only for work) and I trim his armpit hairs, because, although I like a hairy man, they're just ridiculous  Oh, and his head ofcourse...but that is long-ish too
I keep my triangle well trimmed, and shave everything else down there.
Been doing it so long now that I'd feel dirty if I grew back all my pubes!

I my experience, most places that do womens waxing do not do mens aswell (not intimate waxing any).

Yes it doesn hurt! Like hell! BUT... the hurt really doesnt last long - and by that I mean it only hurts for as long as they are pulling the wax off you which is a matter of seconds and then its gone and no more pain. Unofrtunately its not just one strip they are pulling off you so its a matter of 45 minutes but really it's somethign you'll wonder what all the fuss is about when your done, and over and above that, you will be abolsutley amazed at the results after.
Just make sure they are qualified before you get your bits out.

To add to the above. It is a little painful the first time. The more you go the less painful it gets. Due to familiarity and less hair if you go regularly.
After repeatedly being fed up of the razor burn and irritation from regrowth I'm finding myself tempted to get a wax. I'd been considering trying a self waxing thing like Veet but have had many people tell me it's not even worth trying.
Shave every couple of months but keep it trimmed in between shaves
Frank and beans are always kept clean :)
Maybe it's a new male thing... I've only ever known one guy to shave there.
Will be making my OH have a trim and tidy though, stray hairs can be a bit inconvenient in some cases lol.

I have recently started to pluck the pubes closest to my legs as it stops the prickly irritation when your pubes start growing back after you shave. Have also started shaving my ass more regularly, it just feels right :)
