I always use the term cock but I have been known to refer to Don Julio on ocassion lol

A few years back I was having surgery which involved a wire being inserted in my groin. A male nurse came in to shave my bits ( I wasn't aware this had to be done) he asked me to 'hold onto himself' while he shaved around it. Its stuck ever since.
