boobs are boobs and i rarely even say pussy/vagina etc so i don't have a nickname for that. it sounds odd to me. as a child you may call your vagina your minnie like i did. so having a nickname for it as an adult just seems a little weird for me.
Also a cock/penis is just that. no silly names for me and my oh. I once dated someone who nicknamed his penis 'squishie' needless to say wasn't the most flattering of names haha. perhaps that's another reason i don't like names for your privates.

I'm in agreement with c00kie, it seems rather odd to give names to your genitals, yet at the same time there is something too clinical about 'penis' and 'vagina' when used in a sexual, rather than matter-of-fact, sort of way. So I fall into the crude 'cock' and 'pussy' camp.
