Hi I'm Jenna and I'm new to love honey, like 10 minutes ago. I know now about the discreet packaging and the return address on the front. I was just wondering whether the delivery turns up on the said date or whether it can come quite early or late? Just wondering for when I need to be home around the time of the delivery :) many thanks
The deliverers always come on time. I've never had it either way.
Ive always got an email from Royal Mail on the day they will attempt deliver it. X

Hello and welcome, I've only ever had one late delivery but that was Royal Mails fault. They do send a delivery email out so you will know it is on it's way to you though. If you want a guaranteed delivery, you can pay extra and have it with you by 1pm. It usually just comes with your regular post if it's a small envelope order or with the van deliveries (that are usually not too far behind the regular postie) if it's signed for/too big for your letterbox! Hi Jennacarter1, To answer your first question, I was in your situation about a month ago when I ordered my first items on this site. Turned out I recieved the package late, well, let me explain. It was late for the date Lovehoney said I would recieve it, but it was straight on the date the postal service they use (Royal mail) said it would be here. These dates were like two days appart one from the other so it's not a big thing but still.
