I’d also suggest a psychosexual therapist. If you can find a good one then it shouldn’t matter if it’s online or in person. As long as you have somewhere comfortable and private to allow you to talk frankly about sex. If you do online sessions they are often a bit cheaper and you are not restricted to therapists in your area. Have you looked at Relate counselling? They have centres in most areas of the UK.
It took me a long time before I had my first orgasm. It was after spending some time reading erotica online so it was mainly about getting mentally in the right place more than what toy or technique I was using. It can take me about an hour to orgasm if I’m not already turned on. If I’m watching porn or reading erotica it can take only 20 - 30 mins. I’d suggest counselling because, if you can’t get I the right mindset, it will make orgasming more difficult.
The only other thing that I can think of is kegel exercises if you haven’t already tried them? If I want a quick orgasm I can come very quickly by really squeezing my pelvic floor muscles while stimulating my clit. I avoid doing this now because I over strengthened my muscles which then caused issues with penetration! That’s very unusual though and kegel exercises do help to strengthen orgasms do it might be worth a try if you don’t already do them.

Its difficult because I read reviews such as I have never orgasmed so much with X toy and I get it and as I said before I expected more out of the Lush 2 and yes I get excited when my OH surprises me 
Re balms I have today read reviews on the bliss balm but the cherry one is recommended more. We’re all different I guess. I am about to order a butt plug actually so got that covered
I am willing to try most things to be honest my OH lives a fair distance and I only see him sometimes every other weekend but he too orders surprises for me, the latest one I have seen and looking forward to trying next weekend!

I have looked up psychosexual therapist but there are none in my area and I genuinely thought it would be a F2F environment however phone or video call I am willing to try.
I bought jiggle balls off of here a few years back and I didn’t stimulate my clit so I may actually try that! I find I orgasm alone (even though it takes me sometime!) even though it does take me a while and sometimes I do give up.
I’ve never read erotica so I should try that, I do watch porn as excuse me in advance I am 80% of the time so horny - so I watch porn to see

The majority of people have suggested counselling so I think personally that is the only way for me to stop worrying, doubting myself, and just enjoy sexual activity to the max

It was talk therapy and it seems to be working well for him. Not sex therapy though, but thought id just throw it out there as over the phone (or over zoom) is very available at the moment for obvious reasons.
love eggs can be quite hit or miss i think. Many people need some clit stimulation too. like using any toy, we’re all different so what works is very personal. It would be amazing for trying edging and orgasm denial with though, especially with your OH behind the controls.

Sorry if I caused offence re the talking therapy, a friend of mine is currently having emotional problems and for her I can actually see the improvements! Good to know that LH take returns, not many companies do that (I can’t think of one!!) But I’m new to toys etc xx

I’ll usually do an Amazon order or do some misc online shopping whenever I make a LH order so that I’ll have several packages arriving within a day or two so I can act like, oh, I have several things coming, I’ll show you later when I open it… 
My mother in law has the same first name as me (and last name), so all our orders come in my husband’s name. I’d die if she opened one of my LH packages

xxDidnt really have one, but there where definitely a few eye openers. The desire bullet was one ironically. Id come before with fingers and vibes, but it was hit or miss and took along time, lots of fore play for 1hr+ At least With not much to show for it. Had tried other battery powered toys with varying degrees of success (still took alot of time and effort). That was the light bulb moment for me though. strong rumbly stuff is what pushes all my buttons.

@Kitty-Cat01 Finally got through to relate, however they are out of my price range.
As an nhs worker I simply can’t afford £70 a time, lady I spoke to said initial assessment then possibly every fortnight.
She recommended seeing my GP I did mention how that worked out previously! I am going to concentrate on me now, what I like, makes me tick so to speak!
