Please don’t give up on it just yet! It really did take a good few tries before it worked for me. As @Ian_Chimp has mentioned that’s very unfortunate it didn’t come with the separate tips but you can buy them. I’m certain mine came with them in the smaller sized box inside the main box incase you still have all the packaging.
